1. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit card, Zelle, or cash, Please note, payments made by credit card will incur an additional 3.5% processing fee.
2. Insurance Coverage
PhotexINC carries liability insurance with coverage up to $1 million. This insurance covers damages that may occur due to the operation of our photo booths.
3. Space Requirements
The client must provide adequate space for the photo booth setup, including access to power outlets.
For both photo booths to be set up properly, the floor must be flat.
For setup, the VIP and Pro packages require a space of 10 x 10 feet.
The Luxury package requires a space of 14 x 14 feet.
Please ensure that the designated area is available and accessible at least one hour before the event start time.
If the event is outdoors, the client must provide coverage to protect the equipment from the elements.
4. Setup and Teardown
Setup will take approximately 45 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the package) and will be completed before the event starts. Teardown will begin immediately after the event concludes and will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Please ensure that the setup area is accessible and free of obstructions.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the timing and the circumstances of the rescheduling request.
6. Service Time
Our rental packages include a minimum of 2 hours of service. Additional hours can be added at an extra cost.
Service time will begin at the agreed start time and will continue for the duration of the designated hours. Any delays caused by the client or their event, including setup delays, will be considered part of the service time.
8. Children’s Participation
During photo booth operations, children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult or parent to use the photo booth. This ensures their safety and the smooth operation of the booth.
9. Photo Booth Usage Guidelines
Guests must follow the instructions provided by the photo booth operator at all times.
Jumping on the 360 photo booth is strictly prohibited.
Guests must remain in the photo booth until the arm has finished spinning.
Guests should refrain from holding drinks while using the booths.
The photo booths are to be operated only by the designated operator. Guests are not allowed to manipulate or interfere with the photo booths in any way.
The props and accessories provided are only for use during videos or photos. Children under 8 years old may use the photo booth but must be accompanied by an adult. Props should not be used outside of the photo booth or handled by children.
Guests are not allowed to place any drinks on the props table or use the photo booths while holding drinks.
10. Weather Conditions:
In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the event from continuing, PhotexINC will either transport the setup to a safer location or, if necessary, consider ending the event.
11. Use of Photos
Photex Inc. reserves the right to use and share photos or videos taken during your event for marketing purposes, including but not limited to posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Marketplace. This applies only to photos of adults. We will not use photos of children without explicit written consent. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that additional permission from your guests is not required. If you prefer certain photos not to be shared, please notify us in writing before the event.
The customer will receive digital copies of all photos or videos taken via email within one to two days after the event.
12. Commitment to Service
PhotexINC is committed to respecting the agreed-upon event date and providing all the equipment and accessories discussed with the customer. In the rare and extreme case that PhotexINC is unable to attend the event, the customer will receive immediate notification and a full refund of the $100 security deposit.
13. GUEST CONDUCT AND EQUIPMENT SAFETY
The client acknowledges that any guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances may pose a risk to themselves and to the photo booth equipment. For the safety of all participants and to prevent damage to the equipment, Photex Inc. reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the photo booth if guests are deemed to be intoxicated or behaving dangerously. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused by guests, and any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
14. Privacy Policy
PhotexINC respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
